Job summary

AV is seeking a Program Manager for Facilities Operations to develop and manage key programs across AV locations. You will own real estate database, lease administration, fleet operations, workplace utilization, CSR reporting, intranet content, and the workplace reservation system.

You will partner with Facilities leadership, P&C, DBT, Security, and Finance to ensure data-driven decisions, compliance, and alignment with AV culture and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Facilities Management, Project/Program Management, or related field.
• 8+ years in facilities management, corporate real estate, workplace ops, data analytics, or related programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders/locations.
• Proven ability to develop, track, and communicate metrics and KPIs with dashboards/reports.
• Strong analytical skills using data from multiple systems and tools (Excel, BI).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for AV locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain program frameworks for core Facilities programs.
• Create and manage program roadmaps, timelines, risks, and communications.
• Establish and track KPIs/OKRs; report progress to AV leadership.
• Collaborate with site Facilities teams, P&C, DBT, Security, Finance, and stakeholders.
• Oversee real estate database management and lease administration programs.
• Lead workplace utilization, metrics reporting, and dashboard development.
• Own AV’s workplace reservation system, defining requirements and configurations.
• Coordinate CSR initiatives and sustainability reporting with relevant teams.
• Manage SharePoint site structure, content strategy, and governance.
