Job summary

Aman Group is seeking an experienced F&B Development leader to shape and govern luxury food and beverage concepts for a globally oriented portfolio. You will craft signature dishes, develop global brand guidelines, and ensure operational viability across luxury hotels and properties worldwide.

In this role you will collaborate with regional directors to establish standards for all F&B touchpoints, oversee OS&E specs, and drive post-opening refinements to align with brand and budget needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B development for luxury/hotel openings.
• Ability to lead multiple projects across regions and time zones.
• Strong understanding of menu development within a global context.
• Proven track record in managing complex F&B concepts and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and evolution of F&B concepts and brand identities across Aman Group.
• Develop and maintain global F&B guidelines, including signature dishes, menu structures, lighting, music, and OS&E guidance.
• Represent F&B in meetings with external developers and internal leaders.
• Collaborate to formalize official F&B brand guidelines for all Aman brands.
• Coordinate with regional directors to set standards for F&B touchpoints across hotels and venues.
• Define seating, venue layouts, and spatial planning for F&B areas.
• Oversee OS&E specifications for brands and new hotel projects.
• Refine F&B programs during property refurbishments and post-opening reviews.
