Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field attained in the last 2 years.
• 1 year work or internship experience in hospitality, luxury preferred.
• Verbal and written proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure across operations, finance, HR and sales through a comprehensive immersion.
• Choose a division (Rooms or Food & Beverage) to specialize in and take on increasing responsibilities.
• Lead on projects and refine business acumen during an 18-month program.
