Job summary

Copeland LP is seeking a skilled supply chain professional to support US export operations and related systems. You will coordinate with offshore customers and domestic plants to ensure timely orders and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
• Detail oriented and able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support US export business with direct service and communications with offshore customers and Copeland plants.
• Coordinate with order management team in Reynosa and customers for timely communication and scheduling of orders.
• Work with schedulers at North American manufacturing plants on delivering orders to request date.
• Lead initiatives for Export Services, Logistics, Trade Compliance and Procurement Business Systems transitions.
• Support Oracle Procurement transitions (OTM, GTM, EBS, SLM, etc.) and provide training initiatives.
• Refine and improve processes to ensure prompt communication of export documentation to customers' forwarders.
• Liaise between Export Services team in Sidney and Export Warehouse in Mt. Comfort.
• Support rollout of new processes and workflows for Business Systems related processes and tools.
• Support pricing activities for US export business.
