Job summary

Cuckoo Electronics America is seeking a mid-level Supply Chain Specialist to optimize logistics, analyze data, and manage end-to-end product flow from overseas manufacturers to domestic delivery. You will negotiate rates with freight forwarders, monitor KPIs, ensure customs compliance, and collaborate with sales and finance to align supply chain goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 3–5 years in supply chain, advanced Excel and ERP experience, and strong bilingual

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement in consumer goods.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP data management (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Strong analytical problem-solving with a track record of process improvements.
• Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication; negotiation and data presentation to management.

Responsibilities

• Optimize logistics: oversee import shipments, negotiate rates with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Strategic vendor management: evaluate KPIs and build partnerships.
• Data analysis & demand planning: forecast demand, manage ERP data to optimize stock.
• Compliance & customs: liaison with customs brokers for compliance and clearance.
• Cross-functional leadership: collaborate with sales, finance, operations to align strategies.
