Woodland Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Air Export Coordinator in New Jersey to manage full cycle export transactions.

You will coordinate bookings, documentation, and billing while ensuring compliance with export regulations and providing excellent customer service to clients. The role emphasizes handling high-volume exports, leveraging company systems, and maintaining accurate documentation to support timely shipments and problem resolution.

Qualifications

2-5 years experience handling full cycle export transactions in freight forwarding.
Experience with export documentation and regulations is a plus.
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Track freight and process invoices with a focus on accuracy and service quality.
Ensure compliance with government export and transportation regulations.
Handle bookings, documentation and billing for export clients.
Enter shipping data into the company system and submit to government agencies as required.
Verify documents against shipments and coordinate with warehouse.
Monitor shipping status to ensure timely departures and deliveries.
Ensure hazardous materials comply with IATA/CFRC regulations.
Prepare required export documents (LCs, Ocean Bills, service logs) timely.
Close shipments and maintain thorough filing and records.
