Woodland Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Air Export Coordinator in New Jersey to manage full cycle export transactions.

You will coordinate bookings, documentation, and billing while ensuring compliance with export regulations and providing excellent customer service to clients. The role emphasizes handling high-volume exports, leveraging company systems, and maintaining accurate documentation to support timely shipments and problem resolution.

Formación

• 2-5 years experience handling full cycle export transactions in freight forwarding.
• Experience with export documentation and regulations is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Track freight and process invoices with a focus on accuracy and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with government export and transportation regulations.
• Handle bookings, documentation and billing for export clients.
• Enter shipping data into the company system and submit to government agencies as required.
• Verify documents against shipments and coordinate with warehouse.
• Monitor shipping status to ensure timely departures and deliveries.
• Ensure hazardous materials comply with IATA/CFRC regulations.
• Prepare required export documents (LCs, Ocean Bills, service logs) timely.
• Close shipments and maintain thorough filing and records.

Are you an experienced Air Exports Coordinator. Do you have experience of handling full cycle Air Export Transactions? Are you looking to join a company that will value you and empower you? The Woodland Group are looking for an Air Export Coordinator to join our team based in New Jersey!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES of the Export Coordinator are...

• Tracking of freight and processing invoices whilst providing excellent customer service
• Ensuring compliance with all government export and transportation regulations
• Receive, review and process high volume Export transactions for clients including booking, documentation and billing
• Process data through the Company system and submit shipping information to various government agencies as required
• Check shipments in the Warehouse as needed to ensure that the documents correspond
• Track and review shipping status to ensure timely departure and delivery of freight
• Ensure shipments of hazardous materials are checked and processed in accordance with all applicable regulations under the International Ocean Transport Association and Code of Federal Regulations.
• Timely preparation of all required documentation (Letter of credit, Ocean Bill of Lading, Service Report Log, etc.,) for export functions
• Close shipments and filing
• Ensure the customer is provided excellent service throughout the export process. including quick response to inquiries and problem resolution

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience handling full cycle export transactions in freight forwarding
