Job summary

PSA BDP is seeking an Export Coordinator to support ocean and air export functions. You will coordinate documentation, ensure compliance with US customs, and manage the flow of shipments from origin to destination. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced office environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in export functions, a customer-service background, and proficiency with MS Office. College degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or export-related roles is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export trafficking functions and document distribution for customer shipments.
• Process documentation, ensure compliance with US customs requirements, and arrange pickup/delivery.
• Monitor shipment status, report non-conformances, and maintain data accuracy.
• Prepare export declarations and Bills of Lading for ocean/air exports.
• Coordinate outbound international freight movements and establish carrier rates.
