Job summary

PSA BDP seeks a detail‑oriented team player in Hempfield Township, PA to manage ocean export processes, coordinate outbound freight, and support billing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience handling ocean export functions (2–3 years).
• Experience in a customer service environment (1–3 years).
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process export documents and arrange pickup/delivery, finalise billing and documents.
• Review shipment status and report non-conformances.
• Maintain data tables, assist accounting, and handle RFIs/RFQs.
• Prepare export declarations and Bills of Lading for ocean exports.
• Coordinate outbound international freight and establish carrier rates.
• Knowledge of Letters of Credit is a plus.
