Job summary

Indiana Packers Corporation (IPC) based in Delphi, Indiana, is launching a Global Export Manager role within the Shipping and Distribution department. The leader will own end-to-end export operations, ensure timely and compliant international shipments, and manage export documentation and regulatory requirements for customers.

This role reports to the Director of Warehousing & Distribution and interacts with distribution, operations, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on export/logistics experience including documentation and compliance
• Proven experience supervising or managing a small team in a fast-paced operations environment
• Knowledge of export regulations and best practices including Incoterms, HTS basics, AES filing, EAR/ITAR, sanctions/embargoes, and denied-party screening

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shipping export operations to meet service levels and KPIs.
• Plan and schedule exports with warehousing, customers, carriers, and forwarders.
• Maintain export documentation and compliance records; manage the library and flowchart.
