Job summary

IPG seeks a Logistics Manager to serve as the liaison to customer teams, developing systems solutions to support logistics programs. The role operates within the Supply Chain department and reports to the Sr.

Corporate Supply Chain Manager, with salaried exempt status and a focus on program improvement and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field and 5–7 years in planning, purchasing, logistics or manufacturing of high-volume

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a supply chain related field is required.
• Five to seven years of experience in planning, purchasing, logistics or manufacturing of high volume consumer products.
• Experience supporting multiple business units and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Office: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, and Word.
• Broad working experience in supply chain functions of planning, purchasing, inventory management and logistics.
• Demonstrated leadership and analytical abilities are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to solicit customer and associate feedback for program improvements.
• Implement strategies for best practices to differentiate the Customer from the marketplace and drive customer satisfaction with timelines for implementation.
• Investigate and analyze potential risks and provide implementation solutions for consideration.
• Prepare internal communications and presentations related to KPIs, program updates, and ongoing information.
• Manage supply of logistics-related data to support customers in engineering, supply, configuration management, technical requirements, installation and maintenance of equipment, safety, and documentation.
• Collaborate with business development, field support and customer service to handle complaints and maintain long-term relationships.
