The role requires reviewing export documentation, filings, and customs clearances, ensuring accurate shipment documentation, and distributing to carriers and agents. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred and regulatory knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and attention to detail are essential.
• Experience with export documentation, filings and customs clearance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and process export documentation, filings, and customs clearances to ensure compliance with export regulations.
• Ensure shipment documentation is complete, accurate, and distributed to carriers, freight forwarders, customers and international agents promptly.
• Prepare and submit export filings and regulatory documentation while tracking milestones such as departures, arrivals, customs releases and proof of delivery.
