SHD Composite Materials Inc is seeking an Export Control Manager to lead global export control compliance across manufacturing, product development, and customer engagements involving advanced composite materials with dual-use applications. The role partners with a UK/EU counterpart to ensure alignment across regions and to develop a cohesive, global export control program across sites in the U.S.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; technical background preferred.
• 5–8+ years of export control experience in manufacturing (aerospace/defense/advanced materials).
• Strong knowledge of ITAR/EAR and global trade compliance.
• Experience managing export compliance across multiple regions (US/UK/EU).

Responsabilidades

• Develop export/import compliance strategies for manufacturing, product development, and global distribution.
• Advise on classification (USML/ECCN), licensing requirements for dual-use materials.
• Coordinate with UK/EU counterpart for global alignment.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, supply chain, legal to manage export risks.
• Lead contract and customer reviews for compliance and licensing.
• Establish TCPs and internal compliance procedures across facilities.
• Oversee export licensing, exemptions, and filings.
• Lead investigations, disclosures, and corrective actions for non-compliance.
• Deliver training on export control obligations across sites.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update policies.
• Oversee supply chain compliance requirements.
