CHAOS Industries is seeking a Trade Compliance Manager to lead our export control program as we scale production of dual-use products for U.S. government, allied and commercial customers.

You will prepare licenses, assess classifications, and guide program teams on ITAR/EAR requirements with limited oversight. You will partner with Engineering, Contracts, Security and Business Development to translate complex regulations into practical guidance, own process improvements, and perform periodic

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of trade compliance experience with ITAR/EAR focus.
• Strong knowledge of ITAR/EAR; ability to interpret and advise stakeholders.
• Experience preparing export licenses and agreements; ITAR exemptions/EAR license exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit and administer export authorizations (ITAR/EAR), track obligations.
• Draft ITAR agreements and advise programs on license scope.
• Review exports, travel and visitor requests for compliance with licenses and exemptions.
• Determine ITAR exemptions and EAR license exceptions applicability.
• Support ECCN and USML classifications and maintain the database.
