Qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance experience in a manufacturing or defense-related industry.
• In-depth knowledge of ITAR, EAR, OFAC, U.S. Customs Regulations, and related U.S. export/import regulations.
• Experience with compliance for a publicly traded company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance programs to meet ITAR, EAR, U.S. Customs, and other regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement internal controls.
• Serve as the primary contact for compliance-related matters with government agencies.
• Design and deliver compliance training programs for all stakeholders.
• Conduct regular audits of processes for compliance.
