Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Export & Customs Specialist to manage international shipping compliance and customs processes. You will ensure export documentation, regulatory filings, and customs clearances are accurate and on time, enabling worldwide product movement.

The role requires handling HTS/Schedule B/ECCN classifications, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining strict regulatory adherence in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of export compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and foreign trade regulations.
• Experience with ECCN classifications and international customs requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• U.S. Customs Broker License is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process export documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders.
• Maintain compliance with U.S. export regulations.
• Classify products under HTS, Schedule B, and ECCN codes.
• Resolve shipping documentation discrepancies.
