Job summary

Celestica in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Trade Compliance Specialist to lead export control strategy and serve as the primary EAR authority for the site.

The role ensures technology transfers, hardware shipments, and engineering collaborations comply with U.S. and international laws while supporting NPI and licensing cycles.

You will implement the Internal Compliance Program, manage ITT, ECCN classifications, SAP GTS workflows, and conduct mandatory trade compliance training.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of U.S. EAR and dual-use regulations.
• Experience developing and maintaining an Internal Compliance Program (ICP).
• Hands-on with export permits and SNAP-R system.
• Familiarity with ITAR and global regulatory regimes.
• Experience leading site audits and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain Celestica’s ICP for Fort Worth, ensuring site compliance.
• Navigate U.S. EAR and ensure seamless compliance for EAR-regulated activities.
• Administer trade compliance training programs across the site.
• Coordinate site internal audits and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain auditable records of security vetting, permits and training.
