Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking an Export Compliance Operations Lead for a hybrid role in Fort Worth, TX. You will guide daily operational processes across US and international sites, coordinating with project teams and management to ensure compliant, efficient movement of goods.

The role requires SAP GTS/ERP expertise, strong PM experience, and a track record in export controls, regulatory frameworks, and continuous improvement to optimize compliance programs.

Qualifications

• Advanced in SAP GTS and SAP ERP platforms.
• Export Control and export authorization operational execution, including FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and BIS authorizations
• Project management experience (PM)
• Familiarity with defense Global Supply Chain (GSC) tools and processes, integrated with export compliance frameworks
• Continuous Improvement (CI) and / or Operational Excellence (OpEx) acumen applied to export compliance processes
• Familiarity with export compliance self-audit techniques and best practices related to licensing and foreign-to-foreign movements

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and liaises with project management, planning, and line management.
• Reviews project status and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Identifies issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Export Compliance Operations Lead for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, you will provide daily operational Lead support across multiple US and International sites, guiding high impact processes that ensure compliant and efficient goods movement across the globe and diverse regulatory frameworks.
This position is located in Fort Worth, TX as a hybrid role, with Team Lead responsibilities.
An in-office presence of 1-2 days per week is anticipated.
Occasional travel is anticipated.

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to self-initiate on emerging regulatory challenges, develop durable resolutions to promote regulatory compliance and efficient processes under FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and BIS
• Leverage creative problem solving, industry benchmark knowledge and best practices for export control optimization Internal review/audit of US Export processes and shipment documentation, command media & governance alignment per FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and BIS
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/ML toolsets to optimize and automate export control and compliance operations
• Understanding of OpEx concepts & tools to lead problem solving in export compliance contexts Collaboration & active listening skills with International Trade Compliance, Procurement, and Program Management teams

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
