Job summary

Parker Aerospace, based in Cleveland, OH, seeks an Export Control Leadership Development Associate to join the Leader Development Program and support policy development, audits, and regulatory alignment across the business.

The role involves rotations 6–12 months each, relocation as needed, and on-site work to build supervision and management skills while working with cross-functional teams on export control compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of project management.
• Working knowledge of export compliance concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and fosters a safe work environment.
• Manages and maintains import/export manuals and conducts audits.
• Maintains division’s item master for HTS, COO, and License status.
• Partners with Engineering/Procurement on product compliance coding.
• Ensures import/export records comply with US Parker rules.
• Provides FTA data to customers as required.
• Submittal of Government Licensing applications as necessary.
• Deliver/oversee Parker import/export training annually.
• Provide guidance on interpretation of regulations.
