Job summary

Pernod Ricard USA is seeking an Export Coordinator to manage documentation for global customers, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate cross-functionally to support timely exports and audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Strong Excel proficiency and ability to work with shipment data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with global customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and provide export documentation to customers in a timely manner.
• Review country-specific documentation requirements and ensure alignment with standards.
• Partner with Export Market Supply, Logistics, Shipping, Operations, and other stakeholders to support compliant export processes.
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries related to export documentation and shipment support.
• Maintain export documentation records to support audit readiness.
• Identify documentation gaps and elevate for resolution.
• Support continuous improvement of export documentation accuracy and workflow.
