Job summary

Triton Environmental Consultants, Ltd. seeks an Experiences Team Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of events, meetings, tradeshows, and registration activities as part of the Alltech Experiences Team.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing large volumes of data and multiple projects while coordinating with vendors and internal teams worldwide. Travel is required; weekends/overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or Event Management.
• 3+ years of experience in events or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel for events, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events, meetings, and tradeshows from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and exhibitors.
• Manage registration processes and post-event reporting.
• Develop SOPs and documentation for events.
• Provide onsite event support and staffing coordination.
