Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a seasoned professional to lead global expense and corporate card program governance. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and partner with IT, Finance, HR, and regional teams to ensure compliance and efficient expense management.

Required are 5+ years in expense management, experience with Concur Expense and SAP, and exceptional communication skills. This full-time US-based role offers strong benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of work experience.
• Knowledge of global expense management and corporate card programs.
• Strong experience with Concur Expense: configuration, reporting, workflows.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and HR/Finance integrations.
• Understanding of corporate card operations, delinquency management, and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work across functions and regions.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; Rehlko hires within states where we have presence; remote work not available for these locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide global oversight of expense and corporate card programs, managing day-to-day operations.
• Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, tools, and controls for expense management.
• Benchmark practices and implement improvements to boost efficiency and compliance.
• Analyze program performance and risks; provide data-driven recommendations.
• Oversee inquiries, reimbursements, and profile maintenance; resolve issues.
• Lead or support mergers, acquisitions, and business transformations affecting expense systems.
