Job summary

Rehlko, a global energy resilience leader, seeks a Program Management professional to oversee expense management, corporate card programs, and related governance. You will lead cross‑functional efforts, ensure policy compliance, and partner with Finance, HR, IT and procurement on system implementations and process improvements.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills. This position is based in the United States with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of work experience.
• Knowledge of global expense management, corporate card programs and related policies.
• Strong experience administering Concur Expense including reporting and workflows.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and HR/Finance integrations.
• Understanding of corporate card operations, payment processes and compliance.
• Experience supporting global programs, organizational change, and transformations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across functions and regions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide global oversight of expense and corporate card programs, aligning with policies and controls.
• Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, tools, and controls for expense management.
• Benchmark practices and drive process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
• Analyze program performance and risks with data-driven recommendations.
• Oversee inquiries and reimbursements, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations affecting expense systems.
• Manage provider relationships, SLAs, and contract compliance.
• Develop metrics and provide business intelligence to stakeholders.
• Lead or support transformations of expense management systems and processes.
