Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Program Management professional to oversee global expense and corporate card operations, including Concur Expense and SAP integrations. This role focuses on governance, efficiency, and compliance across regions.

You will develop controls, monitor performance, and coordinate with Finance, HR, and IT to ensure smooth reimbursement processes and policy alignment in a fast-evolving energy resilience company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of work experience.
• Knowledge of global expense management, corporate card programs, financial controls, and related policies.
• Strong experience administering Concur Expense, including configuration, reporting, and process improvements.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and integrations involving HR, Finance, Accounts Payable and expense management.
• Understanding of corporate card operations, provider relationships, payment processes, delinquency management, and compliance.
• Experience supporting global programs, organizational change, system implementations, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across functions, regions, and levels.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for reporting and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Provide global oversight of expense and corporate card programs, managing day-to-day operations and governance.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance documentation, procedures, tools, and controls for expense management.
• Benchmark industry practices and implement process improvements to strengthen efficiency and compliance.
• Analyze program performance and compliance, using data-driven recommendations to address gaps.
• Oversee support for corporate card inquiries, expense questions, and reimbursement issues with timely resolution.
• Lead or support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and organizational changes affecting expense systems.
• Manage relationships with global card providers, monitor SLAs and contractual compliance.
• Develop metrics and provide actionable business intelligence to stakeholders.
