Job summary

Bechtel Corporation in Houston seeks a senior leader for expediting and supplier quality to influence project schedules and supplier accountability. You will drive data-driven decisions and align procurement, quality, and logistics across GBUs and projects.

Ideal candidates bring 18+ years of experience in expediting or supply chain, with Lean Six Sigma certification and advanced analytics skills (Power BI, SQL, Minitab, SAS). This is an on-site senior role supporting complex EPC projects.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree from a reputed University.
• 15+ years of experience in expediting, supply chain or related management.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred.
• Expert computer skills including Power BI, SQL, Minitab, SAS, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate direction for expediting practices and standards.
• Influence supplier performance and project delivery.Anticipate schedule threats and drive early interventions.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across procurement, quality, logistics and project controls.
• Communicate risks and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Develop staffing, training, and competency plans for project demand.
