Job summary

Affirm is seeking a senior leader to own the strategy for the servicing operating model across international markets. You will set customer operations strategy for a portfolio of complex programs, lead a team, and ensure scalable, repeatable processes globally.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics and Risk to drive continuous improvement in service delivery for international customers, influencing senior stakeholders and building scalable playbooks across markets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in roles with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Experience scaling global customer experience operations across geographies.
• Strong program and process management expertise with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap to scale Customer Operations globally.
• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team of program managers and service delivery professionals.
