Job summary

affirm is seeking a senior leader to own the strategy of scaling its customer servicing operating model globally. You will lead a cross-functional team of program and process managers, shape plans for new products and geographies, and represent Operations across international teams to improve service delivery.

The role requires deep expertise in customer/merchant servicing and financial services. Remote-first with flexibility, the position offers a base pay range aligned with U.S.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience across customer operations or similar roles.
• 5+ years leading teams and/or managing other managers or senior professionals.
• Experience building and scaling global customer experience operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for how Customer Operations scales to support global expansion.
• Lead and develop a team across multiple disciplines; oversee people leaders.
• Drive large-scale cross-area programs for operations, including launches and efficiency improvements.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Risk, Training, and Knowledge teams across regions.
