Job summary

SexySelfies Inc. is seeking a Senior Growth & International Expansion lead based in the United States to drive market-entry outside the US, starting with Europe and Asia-Pacific.

You will define target markets, prioritize initiatives, and coordinate with legal advisers to ensure compliance as we plan launches. You will build partner networks, oversee localization strategies, and track international signups and revenue by country, reporting monthly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in growth, market expansion, or international marketing.
• Experience launching or growing a consumer product outside the US.
• Strong research and analytics skills with ability to turn insights into a clear plan.
• Willing to work early/late hours to overlap with European and Asian time zones.
• Comfortable with adult content and discussing it professionally.

Responsibilities

• Research and rank markets in Europe and APAC by audience, competition, payments and legal rules
• Build market-entry plans with sequencing and cost estimates
• Coordinate with legal advisers to verify country requirements
• Identify and manage overseas partners: affiliates, agencies, ad networks, creators
• Plan localization: language, pricing and payment methods
• Track signups, creators and revenue by country and report monthly
• Recommend when to hire locally in a market
