Job summary

Remitly is hiring a Head of Global Expansion to own the end-to-end build-out of wallet and card infrastructure for scaling globally. You will shape the integration between Mambu, Checkout.com, and Remitly's platform, and manage the roadmap to market, including money movement rails and fraud/compliance infra.

The role requires 10+ years in product/general management in payments/banking infrastructure, with a hybrid work model from Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• Own business outcomes for a product/expansion at scale.
• Experience with core banking platforms and payment processors.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML in global rollout.
• Strong collaboration with engineering on architecture trade-offs.
• Led roadmaps across multiple markets or geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own global expansion end-to-end and be accountable for market launch outcomes.
• Define integration strategy between Mambu, CKO, and Remitly's platform with engineering.
• Build money movement rails for account funding and withdrawals.
• Lead CRM integration to enable servicing and customer engagement.
• Architect fraud and risk infra with Risk, Compliance, and Legal.
• Manage end-to-end global expansion roadmap aligned to market priorities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Operations on infra decisions.
• Communicate strategy and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
