Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience in executive search, sourcing and talent intelligence.
• Experience leading recruiting or TA teams in global organizations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and HR partners to translate business priorities into talent strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive and business-critical searches from strategy through close.
• Advise senior leaders with data-driven, market-informed recommendations.
• Build proactive sourcing, talent maps and pipelines for priority roles.
