Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner, Executive Search & Talent Intelligence in New York, NY. You will report to the VP, Global Talent Acquisition and support executive-level talent searches globally, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and external data platforms for market insights.

You will collaborate with HR, business leaders and premium data vendors to drive ROI, adoption, and data integrity while shaping talent strategy and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required.
• 6+ years of experience, including 3+ years in executive search.
• Strong research and talent intelligence capabilities: market mapping, competitor/ org structure analysis, passive talent identification.
• Proven stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights; labor market data tools such as Revelio, Lightcast/Emsi, Draup or Beamery.
• Strong project management: juggling multiple senior searches with timelines and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Executive Search, Talent Mapping & Research: lead end-to-end executive searches and market intelligence.
• Data Vendor & Platform Ownership: manage labor market data platforms and vendor relationships; drive adoption and training.
• Executive Advisory & Quarterly Insights: synthesize data into executive-ready insights for leadership.
