Job summary

LSEG is seeking an Executive Support Product Alignment Lead to provide high-impact executive support to the COO within our Product organization and to lead the operational cadence for Executive Assistants across the Product function.

This strategic role combines planning, calendar and travel management, confidential communications, and cross‑regional collaboration to enable senior Product leaders to operate at scale and with clarity.

Qualifications

• Senior executive assistant or operational leadership experience.
• Experience in global, matrixed organisations.
• Experience mentoring Executive Assistants.
• Experience driving operational improvements and alignment.
• Understanding of the product organisation.
• Experience partnering with Strategy, Operations, or Transformation.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive executive support to the Product COO, including calendar, travel, expenses, and communications.
• Partner with Product leadership, anticipate needs, identify risks, and resolve issues.
• Support leadership forums, offsites, and planning cycles.
• Manage sensitive information with discretion.
