Heidrick & Struggles in Chicago is seeking an Executive Search Senior Associate to drive essential steps of the recruitment lifecycle, from defining search strategy with the Consultant to candidate assessment and successful placement.

You will collaborate with Search Partners and Principals, build market insights, and manage candidate relations across stages, benefiting from mentorship and a clear career track on a global platform.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years professional experience or a minimum of 3+ years of transferable recruiting experience.
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree is required.
• Exhibits strong professional communications, writing, articulation and confident delivery of information.
• Proven ability to collaborate with external clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Developing position specifications and crafting search strategies with the Consultant.
• Conducting industry and client research to map the executive talent landscape.
• Preparing business development materials for prospective and current clients.
• Managing candidate relationships and interviews throughout the search lifecycle.
