Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ professional experience or 2+ years in recruiting.
• BA/BS degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with client and candidate audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with external clients and candidates and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Research industry and client company landscape to map executive talent.
• Support Consultants by developing search strategies and position specifications.
• Prepare business development and candidate assessment materials.
• Reach out to prospective candidates to generate interest and collect market intelligence.
• Manage candidate relationships through the full search lifecycle.
• Maintain professional standards and confidentiality.
