Job summary

• Significant experience (15+ years) in executive search, in-house or retained search firm.
• Proven track record delivering complex, senior-level global searches.
• Experience building internal executive search capability.
• Experience operating in multinational, matrix organisations.
• Strong understanding of global talent markets and executive hiring dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver confidential, high-impact executive searches across geographies with professionalism and discretion.
• Partner with business leaders to define role requirements and success profiles.
• Provide high-touch candidate experience across all executive hiring processes.
• Support offer development, negotiation, and closing of senior candidates.
• Lead and mentor a small team to execute search mandates with quality and speed.
• Map and engage executive talent pipelines on a global scale.
• Govern relationships with external search partners and balance internal vs. external delivery.
