Job summary

Yum! Brands is seeking an Executive Search Lead to act as the senior functional leader for building and leading the company’s global executive search capability. You will personally drive high-impact VP and C-suite searches across the U.S.

and international markets while establishing the strategy, governance, and operating model to deliver top talent at scale. You will partner with Talent Management, Succession, Total Rewards and People & Culture, and lead a small internal Executive Search team

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive-search or senior Talent Acquisition experience, with depth in VP and C-suite searches.
• Experience operating at senior levels in a matrixed global organization.
• Proven track record leading complex executive searches across functions and geographies.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing hiring decisions.
• Experience building or transforming an internal Executive Search capability.
• Experience leading and developing a team of Executive Search professionals.
• Expertise in executive sourcing, market mapping, talent intelligence, assessment and candidate engagement.
• Experience managing Executive Search firms and supplier strategy.
• Understanding of executive compensation, mobility and offer dynamics with Total Rewards.
