Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in program or event management with client interaction.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistical and operational communication for ongoing programs.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and vendors to meet program obligations.
• Serve as lead contact for program orientation, delivery, and graduation activities.
• Communicate scheduling with stakeholders and resolve conflicts for a positive client experience.
