Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking an experienced Leadership & Executive Coach to develop senior leaders, managers, and high-potential talent. The role combines executive coaching with DISC behavioral styles, leadership development, and practical behavior change.

This contractor engagement includes international travel, approximately 8-12 sessions over a 14-week period, and collaboration with client teams to design impactful sessions.

Qualifications

• Proven executive and leadership coaching experience.
• Experience coaching senior leaders and executives.
• Strong understanding and practical application of DISC behavioral theory.
• Ability to translate behavioral assessments into observable leadership behaviors and meaningful action.
• Ability to recognize behavioral patterns and connect them to individual and team impact.
• Evidence of sustained client outcomes and behavioral change.
• Experience contributing to or designing leadership development programs and sessions.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to engage credibly with senior business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality executive and leadership coaching to senior leaders, managers, and high-potential executives.
• Build trusted relationships with leaders while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Observe leadership behaviors and provide constructive feedback.
• Translate DISC and behavioral insights into practical changes in day-to-day leadership.
• Support leadership in communication, delegation, influence, feedback, conflict management, motivation, and team dynamics.
• Challenge senior leaders while creating an environment of trust and psychological safety.
• Focus on sustainable behavioral change and measurable leadership impact.
