Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Staff Program Manager within Brand Studio to lead experiential program management and creative production for internal and external events. You will partner with the Experiential Creative Director and Corporate Events to scale design systems and ensure high-quality execution at scale.

• 10+ years of experience in similar roles and industries.
• Strong design sense and ability to define flexible systems.
• Excellent organization and presentation skills, with clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to influence outcomes with leadership and agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead experiential program management across roadmap development, budget oversight, project scoping, timelines, resourcing, partner relationships, cross-functional communication, and scalable approaches.
• Manage a high volume of simultaneous projects, ranging from small to large scale.
• Partner closely with the Experiential Creative Director to scale event design and optimize processes.
• Partner closely with the Corporate Events team to ensure smooth execution and integration of event brand design across all surfaces.
• Ensure smooth collaboration with leadership, creatives, cross-functional partners, and vendors.
• Own project management through documentation, tooling, trackers, standing meetings, org-wide updates, and Slack.
• Source, onboard, and oversee external creative agencies.
• Connect silos, socialize changes, anticipate risks, and provide actionable solutions for escalation to Brand Studio leadership.
• Navigate challenges and blockers with ease; proactive in finding solutions, and always looking ahead for the team.
• Uphold and advocate for design quality with cross-functional teams and vendors to exceed engagement and registration goals.
• Inspire and sustain a culture of excellence by collaborating with creatives in best practices and processes.
