Responsibilities

• Lead global end-to-end operational program management for flagship executive experiences across cross-functional internal teams and external partners.
• Build, maintain, and evolve playbooks, best practices documentation, and toolkits to scale execution.
• Coordinate and manage global budget planning and tracking with accountable leads to keep spend on-track.
• Own executive-ready program communications, operationalizing reporting across functions into unified leadership dashboards.
• Drive ongoing operational improvements via process innovation, automation, and AI-powered tools to increase productivity.
