Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Executive Experiences Program Manager to drive end-to-end operational excellence for flagship leadership programs, including Davos and executive briefings. You will lead global operations, partner with internal teams and external vendors, and scale a world-class execution engine for high-profile audiences.

You will move between strategic planning and hands-on delivery, building playbooks, dashboards, and cross-functional playbooks while managing budgets and ensuring programs

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in marketing or events.
• Strong experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders at executive and working team levels.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Experience managing budgets, creating playbooks, and operational documentation for scaled programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global end-to-end operational program management for flagship executive experiences across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Build, maintain, and evolve repeatable playbooks and toolkits to scale execution.
• Coordinate and manage global budget planning and tracking with accountable leads.
• Own executive-ready program communications and leadership dashboards.
• Drive operational improvements through process automation and AI-powered tooling.
