Job summary
Amazon is seeking a Principal Compensation Consultant to deliver strategic compensation support to the Advertising, IMDb, and Grand Challenge (AIGC) organizations.
You will partner with HR, business, and recruiting leaders to develop and implement compensation strategies across multiple functional areas, benchmark sales incentive plans, and translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, compensation, or consulting.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate findings clearly.
- Experience with sales incentive compensation and compensation programs.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR leadership to develop and implement compensation strategies across multiple functional areas within AIGC businesses.
- Independently lead discussions with senior leaders in the business, HR, and Recruiting.
- Benchmark and review Advertising sales incentive compensation programs for competitiveness.
- Develop solutions on total compensation issues and lead ad hoc projects.
- Perform deep analysis on global compensation programs and potential alternatives.
- Write papers to articulate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Build alignment with stakeholders and drive operational excellence.
