The role requires strategic leadership, deep executive compensation know-how, and collaboration with Legal, Finance, and HR teams.

The ideal candidate will manage a team, drive performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and align programs with company goals while navigating global regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in a Compensation & Benefits role, including executive compensation.
• Proficiency in US SEC proxy filing requirements for executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop proxy materials for the Compensation Discussion & Analysis section.
• Lead compensation proposals for executives including salary, bonus, and long-term incentives.
• Design and maintain long-term incentive plans and stock vesting schedules.
• Collaborate with Global Total Rewards and HR leaders to implement policies.
• Align compensation strategies with senior leadership and business goals.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Sustainability teams for governance.
• Manage global mobility and executive movement assignments.
• Oversee corporate aircraft governance policies and processes.
