Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Enterprise Services Manager to originate, shape, and close complex advisory, implementation, and transformation engagements for Stripe’s largest customers. You will own the services sales cycle from discovery through contract negotiation and delivery handoff, partnering with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Product, and delivery teams.

You will drive executive discovery sessions, articulate business value, and create practical service roadmaps that enable adoption

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling Professional Services, consulting, implementation, or complex technology solutions to enterprise customers.
• Track record of originating, shaping, and closing sizable services engagements.
• Experience owning a services sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and delivery handoff.
• Experience leading executive discovery, workshops, and business-case conversations.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into executable services approaches.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise Professional Services opportunities across assigned strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Architects on account plans to accelerate adoption and expansion.
• Lead early in opportunities to shape the services strategy and realization plan.
• Create tailored proposals, pricing, and SOWs for advisory and transformation engagements.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure successful handoff from sales to delivery.
