International Exchange of North America (IENA) is seeking a Program Associate to support the daily operations of our BridgeUSA cultural exchange programs—Camp, Summer Work Travel, Intern, and Trainee. This entry-level, full-time role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and make a difference through meaningful global exchange.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as go-to contact for participants and employers.
• Assist with applications, documents, and pre-departure activities.
• Support data entry, recordkeeping, and compliance tracking.
• Help coordinate events and hiring fairs.
• Provide cross-program administrative assistance.
