Job summary

International Exchange of North America (IENA) is seeking a Program Associate to support the daily operations of our BridgeUSA cultural exchange programs—Camp, Summer Work Travel, Intern, and Trainee. This entry-level, full-time role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and make a difference through meaningful global exchange.

Program Associate – Cultural Exchange Programs

We’reseeking a Program Associate to join our team and support the daily operations of ourBridgeUSAcultural exchange programs—Camp, Summer Work Travel, Intern, and Trainee. This entry-level, full-time role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and make a difference through meaningful global exchange. This is a role for a detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys working with people and finds satisfaction in helping clients and teammates succeed.

WhatYou’llDo

In this role,you’llbe the go-to person for participants, employers, and recruiters, ensuring every interaction reflects IENA’shigh standardsof service and program quality.

Customer Service & Support
  • Be the first point of contact for participants and stakeholders, answering calls and emails with professionalism and care.
  • Provide guidance, answer FAQs, and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Support pre-departure orientations and in-country events.
Program Operations
  • Review&verify applications and documents (passports, references, housing, etc.).
  • Assistwith employer vetting and participant interviews.
  • Manage data entry, recordkeeping, and compliance tracking.
  • Supportlogisticsfor hiring fairs, orientations, and other IENA events.
  • Contribute to survey follow-ups, arrival validations, and incident tracking.
Team & Organizational Support
  • Offer cross-program administrativeassistanceas needed.
  • Participatein IENA’s 24-hour emergency line rotation (shared responsibility).
  • Represent IENA at industry meetings and conferences as assigned.
