Extensive experience leading large-scale, global people operations in a complex, matrixed org.
Strong executive judgment with enterprise-scale impact.
Proven ability to govern risk and ensure governance across people processes.
Comfort working with data, systems, and insights to inform strategy.
Strong partnerships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end operational excellence for the People function and HR tech landscape.
Lead analytics and AI-enabled insights to inform business strategy and talent outcomes.
Design scalable service delivery models with defined SLAs and governance.
Embed automation and AI to optimize HR processes and reduce manual work.
Collaborate with CHRO, CIO, Finance, Legal, and Risk to align HR tech with governance.
