Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in event planning and management, including conferences, trade missions, forums, workshops, training programs, and similar events.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement partnership-building activities to support USTDA’s mission, including RTMs, conferences, forums, workshops, trainings, and other events.
• Coordinate venue and vendor selection, travel logistics, and on-site management for domestic and international events.
• Develop agendas, itineraries, and event materials; recruit participants; manage outreach, recruitment, and registration.
