Stripe in San Francisco is seeking an Online & Regional Events Program Manager to build the operating foundation behind Partner Marketing’s event portfolio, turning priorities into repeatable programs and measurable business outcomes.

You will collaborate with Marketing Operations and regional/global teams to optimize event selection, planning, delivery, and evaluation, balancing resources, timing, and budgets while scaling impact.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in B2B event marketing or marketing programs.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with defined timelines and deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate ROI and impact.
• Experience managing program budgets and forecasts, tracking spend and risks.
• Ability to build repeatable processes, capacity plans, and calendars across programs.
• Experience managing agencies or vendors, including briefs and milestones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with cross-regional alignment ability.

Responsabilidades

• Build and scale repeatable event motions across online and in-person portfolios, including partner-led workshops and co-sell events.
• Own the measurement framework for partner events and assess ROI against defined outcomes.
• Develop and maintain a capacity model and integrated editorial calendar for events and calendars.
• Manage the events budget and forecasting, tracking commitments and spend with forecasting accuracy.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to align timing, audiences, messaging, and resources.
• Define and launch a shared-services model for Partner Marketing events and onboard a global agency partner.
• Oversee agency performance with clear briefs, milestones, SLAs, and improvements when needed.
