Qualifications

• Coordinate cross-functional workflows and governance processes.
• Develop and maintain event playbooks, templates, and documentation.
• Track intake, leadership reviews, and reporting across regions.

Responsibilities

• Own the WW Events intake tracker and ensure submissions progress through review.
• Conduct quality review of event requests against priorities, timing, budget, and governance.
• Maintain WW Events calendar and track events from intake to recap.
