Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of industry conferences, client summits, and brand events.
• Manage all logistical aspects: venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, catering, AV, signage, payments, on-site coordination.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets to deliver events on time and within scope.
• Create event collateral: invitations, programmes, presentations, branded materials.
• Coordinate sourcing, distribution, and on-site delivery of branded event merchandise.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors, venues, and agency partners throughout the event lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align event objectives with commercial goals.
• Develop and execute pre- and post-event marketing campaigns to drive registrations and engagement.
• Build targeted audience lists with Sales; craft compelling event messaging for adtech professionals.
